核心控制训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能的影响

摘要 目的:探讨在康复治疗中应用核心控制训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能的影响。方法:102例脑卒中患者分为对照组50例和观察组52例,对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上应用核心控制训练。治疗前和治疗3个月后分别采用Fugl.Meyer下肢运动功能评定(FMA)和Berg平衡量表(BBS)进行疗效评价。结果:治疗后两组FMA,H.BBS评分均较治疗前提高(P〈0.05),且治疗后FMA和BBS评分观察组均高于对照组(P(0.05)。结论:康复治疗中应用核心控制训练可提高脑卒中患者下肢运动功能和平衡功能。 Objective: To discuss the influence of core control train to the balance function of stroke patient in rehabilitation. Methods: 102 stroke patients were randomly divided into control group (50 cases) and observation group (52 cases). Control group was received conventional thera- py, while observation group was received core control train on the basis of conventional therapy. They were evaluated the efficacy by the Fugl-Meyer lower limbs' motor function assessment (FMA) and the Berg Balance Scale (BBS) before and after 3 months of treatment. Results: The scores of FMA and BBS of two groups in post treatment were higher than that in prior treatment (P〈 0,05). The scores of FMA and BBS of observation group were higher than that of control group af- ter treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Core control train of rehabilitation can improve the lower limbs' motor function and balance function of stroke oatients.
