蒲茯汤配合面部穴位按摩防治中风患者口腔霉菌的护理体会

The Nursing Experience about Pufu Soup Cooperated with Facial Acupressure Massage on Treating Oral Mycete of Stroke Patient

目的：探讨蒲茯汤配合面部穴位按摩对中风患者口腔护理中防治口腔霉菌的作用。方法：将我科86例中风后假性延髓麻痹患者分组对比观察，实验组每日2次采用蒲茯汤做口腔护理后，在患者面部相应的穴位进行按摩；对照组常规采用生理盐水做口腔护理。结果：实验组口腔霉菌的发生率明显少于对照组，比较有显著性差异（P〈O．01）。结论：在中风病人口腔护理中，使用蒲茯汤配合面部穴位按摩，不仅能保持口腔清洁、湿润，还可以预防口腔霉菌及溃疡。

Objective： To discuss the effect of Pufu soup cooperated with facial acupressure mas- sage on treating oral mycete of stroke patient. Methods： 86 patients with pseudobulbarparalysis af- ter stroke were divided in 2 groups to observe and compare. Experience group did oral care by Pufu soup twice a day, and massaged on the acupuncture on face. Control group did the oral care by nor- mal saline. Results： The incidence of oral mycete in experience group was obvious less than that of control group. The difference was significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： In the oral care of stroke pait- ents, using Pufu soup cooperated with facial acupressure massage can keep mouth clean and moist, and also can prevent oral mycete and ulcer.
