摘要
利用供水金属管道泄漏时产生的泄漏声波对泄漏点进行定位.根据金属管道泄漏声波产生机理和泄漏声波信号衰减特性,采用压电陶瓷传感器和放大电路在模拟供水管道进行管道测漏实验,运用Audition、Origin软件对实验采集到的泄漏声波信号进行分析.实验结果证明了测量金属管道泄漏声波振幅衰减信号用于检测金属水管漏点定位的可行性.
The leakage acoustic wave on the leak is used to locate the water metal pipe line leakage. Accord- ing to generation mechanism of the metal pipeline leakage acoustic wave and the signal attenuation characteristic of leakage acoustic, we use the piezoelectric ceramic sensor together with the amplifying circuit in the simulation of water supply pipe for pipeline leakage experiment, and apply Audition and Origin softwares for experiment to ana- lyze the leakage acoustic signal. The experimental results show that the measurement of metal pipeline leakage a- coustic wave amplitude attenuation of signals is practicable for the detection of metal pipe leak location.
