摘要
分别研究了成孔剂炭黑和CMC对莫来石过滤膜管支撑体成型性能、气孔率以及强度的影响。结果表明:适宜添加量的炭黑和CMC,均可使支撑体较好成型;随成孔剂含量增加,支撑体气孔率呈先缓后快的增长趋势;以CMC为成孔剂时,支撑体强度先增后减,其中CMC含量为4%时,强度达到最大值21MPa;以炭黑为成孔剂时,支撑体强度整体呈下降趋势。
The influence of carbon black and CMC on properties of formability, porosity and strength of mullite filter support were studied. The results show that appropriate amount of carbon black and CMC can make the support well formed. Porosity of ceramic increases slowly and then fast,with the increase of the amount of pore-forming material. The bending strength of support increases and then decreases, with CMC used as pore-forming material, and the bending strength reaches the maximum 21MPa, with 4wt.% addition of CMC. The bendinq stren_(:lth keeps stable and then decreases when carbon black is used as pore-forming material.
