采油管柱防腐防偏磨技术研究

摘要 随着油田开发的不断深入,各种新的开发措施的应用以及采出液腐蚀性的不断增加,开采过程中出现了严重的管柱偏磨和腐蚀问题。针对这一实际问题,开发出了一种含有耐磨无机材料的硼酚醛-环氧树脂复合防腐耐磨涂层材料。性能测试和摩擦学性能实验表明:该种材料具有良好的耐腐蚀性和耐磨性,同时可以减小管杆之间的摩擦系数。现场应用表明:该种材料应用于油管内涂层,能有效延长油管的使用寿命,缓解了油管的腐蚀和偏磨问题。 With the deepening of oilfield development,new measures have been applied in prevention of the increasing corrosiveness of the produced fluids,but the tubing and rod eccentric wear problem and corrosion problem have occurred.Based on the analysis of the causes and relevant protection measures for these problems,boron phenolic aldehyde containing inorganic material-epoxy resin paint with a anticorrosion and antiwear property was developed.According to the performance test and the tribological performance experiment,the material which has strong erosion resistance and excellent abrasion resistance can decrease the friction factor between the tubing and the rod.The results of field applications show that this meterial can be applied to the coating of the pipeline,which can reduce the corrosion and side wear.Therefore,it can efficiently extend the working life of the oil pipeline.
