摘要 埋地管道应力分析的关键在于准确模拟土壤对管道的作用,研究管道周围的土壤力学性能是正确进行埋地管道应力分析的前提。基于AutoPIPE管道应力分析软件,首先对国际上埋地管道理论进行简单的介绍,然后结合该理论对某工程中的埋地输油管道建立了较准确的应力分析模型,进行了较细致全面的应力分析,并指出当地上管道柔性足够时,埋地管道出土入土处端点位移较小,不需要设计固定墩。对管道应力分析工作者利用AutoPIPE进行埋地管道应力分析具有一定的借鉴意义。 The critical premise to make a stress analysis of buried pipeline is the exact simulation of the interaction between soil and pipe,so it is important to study the soil mechanical property around the pipe and obtain a simplified soil model and to put it to use in software simulation.First,the paper briefly introduces the current buried pipe theory and then modeled some buried oil pipeline in AutoPIPE on the basis of some relevant theory and finally conducts an overall stress analysis of this pipeline system.It points out that enough flexibility of ground pipeline results in so small a displacement at the interface between the soil and the pipe that it is not necessary to fix an anchor at the interface between the soil and the pipe.This is of some significance to conducting pipe stress engineering when a buried pipeline stress analysis is made in the use of AutoPIPE.
