摘要
目前,使用超声导波检测系统对管道缺陷实施检测越来越广泛,文中对缺陷检出性能进行了现场测试。程序如下:选择2根钢管(Φ219 mm)进行了不同类型、尺寸的人工缺陷预制,然后进行钢管防腐、焊接以及埋设,利用超声导波检测系统MsS 3030R对预制缺陷进行了现场测试。结果发现该系统可以检出大部分缺陷,可以较准确地定位缺陷,定量缺陷存在一定程度偏差;用户想要得到准确的缺陷尺寸,必须依靠其他手段测试得到。
At present,the application of the guided wave ultrasonic testing(GWUT)system to detect the defects of pipes is more popular.This paper has carried on the field defects detecting.The process is as follows:choosing two pipes(Φ219 mm)of different types and sizes of artificial defects,then coating,welding,imbedding,and inspecting by using the GWUT system of MsS 3030R.The inspecting result shows that the GWUT of MsS 3030R can detect most of the defects and can find correct locations of the defects,but the size of the defects has a certain deviation.The consumer has to use other equipment if it wants to attain the exact defect size.
