摘要
文中对用专用橡胶与蒙脱土纳米增强橡胶制备的管道球唇进行了对比研究,以找到性能更优异的材料。应用了X射线衍射和拉伸强度-断裂伸长率方法,对专用橡胶和蒙脱土纳米增强橡胶制备的管道球唇材料进行了试验。试验结果表明:蒙脱土纳米增强橡胶中纳米材料的(001)晶面面间距达到4.2 nm,拉伸强度达到专用橡胶的1.63倍,断裂伸长率达到专用橡胶的2.26倍。对比研究表明,用蒙脱土纳米增强橡胶制备的管道球唇性能更优异。
The paper makes a comparative study of the special rubber montmorillonite nano enhanced pipeline ball lip rubber preparation,in order to find the superior performance of the material.In the application of X-ray diffraction and the tensile strength-elongation at break,specially prepared rubber and montmorillonite nano pipeline ball lip material reinforced rubber were tested.The results showed that the montmorillonite nano-reinforced rubber in rubber in nanon-materials(001)had a crystal face to face spacing of 4.2 nm,the tensile strength was 1.63 times that of the special rubber,and the elongation at break was 2.26 times that of the special rubber.The comparative study also showed that montmorillonite nano-reinforced rubber prepared pipeline ball lip had a more excellent performance.
