摘要 机械密封是指有至少一对垂直于旋转轴线的端面在流体压力和补偿机构弹力(或磁力)的作用以及辅助密封的配合下保持贴合并相对滑动而构成的防止流体泄漏的装置。文中对输油站场离心泵机械密封的结构、工作原理、结构特点、主要零件的作用、密封选材进行介绍,以机械密封常见失效机理分析和解决对策为目的,结合实际生产过程中的典型案例,提出了利用选型、冲洗、维护来解决的方法,实现了机械密封长周期稳定、可靠地运转。 Mechanical seal refers to at least one rotation axis perpendicular to the face in the fluid pressure and elastic compensating mechanism(or magnetic),and with auxiliary sealing it supports the merger with the relative sliding to maintain paste consisting of a device to prevent fluid leakage.This paper introduces the structure of mechanical seal,working principle,the structural characteristics,functions of the main parts and material selection of the centrifugal pump.The aim is to analyze the common failure and find a solution method.By combining the actual production process of a typical case,the solutions include type selecting,cleaning and maintenance so as to achieve the mechanical sealing for a long period and for steady,reliable operation results.
