护理专业医学基础课教师参加临床实践的探讨

Discussion on Taking Clinical Practice of Basic Medical Teachers in Nursing Major

为了改变医学基础课教学中理论与临床实践脱节的现象,更好地满足临床护理需求,该文结合笔者参加临床实践的经验,初步探讨了医学基础课教师参加临床实践的必要性,以及建立合理的临床实践模式需要注意的问题,以达到高职教育培养护理技能型人才的目标。

The feature of advanced nursing vocational education was aiming at cultivate technical talent skillful talents.To meet the requirements of clinical nursing,and solve the problem of deviation between conventional theory and practice,this paper was investigated the necessity of basic medical teachers taking clinical practice and the problems in building advisable pattern of clinical practice.
