摘要
低压故障电弧是引起电气火灾的主要原因之一。无论是对电弧本身的电特性还是电弧断路器(AFCI)产品的研发,都需要能在实验室环境中产生量化可控的故障电弧。针对这一目标,讨论了低压电弧的判断标准、驱动机构的精确控制、系统数据采集与指令控制的设计等,并完成了基于LabVIEW的故障电弧发生装置的研发。结果表明,该装置可精确产生预设个数的交流故障电弧,具有量化可控的特点。对于低压电弧的相关研究有支持作用。
Since low voltage arc fault is the main cause of electrical fire,a number of research efforts have been dedicated to this area worldwide in recent years.Quantitative and controllable arc fault is the prerequisite of follow-up research works,no matter it is accurate research of electrical character of arc fault or AFCI.In this paper,the criterion for low voltage arc fault was discussed,followed by the accurate control of the driving part,the design of data collection and program instructions,and the development of controllable arc fault generator based on LabVIEW.Judging from the result of experiments,quantitative and controllable AC arc fault can be generated.Therefore,follow-up research in this field can be supported.
