Construction of an Off-campus Talent Cultivation Base for Humanity and Social Science Majors

校外人才培养基地的建设,首先需要处理好校外人才培养基地和校内实践教学基地的关系;其次,要选择在行业或地区内具有较高知名度、较大社会影响,且与高校具有悠久历史渊源的组织作为依托单位;第三,在校外人才培养基地的具体运行和管理过程中,要建立管理机构,不断完善管理机制,在人才培养方面围绕科研项目和教学过程,针对高校和基地的需求开展多种方式的合作。

The conclusions proposed in this paper are as follows：first,the relation between the off-campus talent cultivation base and the on-campus practice should be clearly defined; secondly,the most famous and influential organization in the related industry or region,which has long history of cooperation with the university should be chosen as the base; thirdly,during the process of management,it is of great importance to build a management office,to improve the management mechanism constantly,and to cooperate in cultivating talents centering on the research program and the teaching process,according to the needs of both sides.This paper can be a reference for the construction of offcampus talent cultivation bases for humanity and social science majors in other universities.
