摘要
随着油气田开发规模的逐步扩大,天然气产量逐渐增加,原有的脱水装置不能满足增产后的脱水要求,需要对其进行改造。改造已建三甘醇脱水装置,可以利用原有设备,增加天然气处理量,降低改造成本。旋流管分离技术在高效分离器和高效塔盘中均有应用,显著提高了气液分离效率,两者结合使用,既可以提高天然气处理量,又可以减少三甘醇损失和烃类夹带。使用旋流管塔盘改造已有三甘醇吸收塔,可使处理量达到整装填料的160%,泡罩塔盘的400%。使用旋流分离塔盘新建三甘醇吸收塔,可减小塔尺寸,降低基建成本。经验表明,旋流管塔盘适宜在处理量大于5×106m3/d的天然气脱水装置使用,具有经济高效的特点,值得推广使用。
In recent years,scale of oil and gas field development is enlarged gradually,natural gas production is increasing year by year,the existing dehydration units cannot meet the production demands,it is very necessary to reconstruct such dehydration units and relative supporting production facilities.Such existing dehydration facilities can be used as triethylene glycol dehydration unit for increasing gas treatment capacity so as to reduce reconstruction costs.Swirl tube separation technology is used in high efficient separator and tray,which can significantly improve liquid-gas separation efficiency.If the high efficient separator is combined with the high efficient tray together,gas treatment capacity can be improved and triethylene glycol loss and hydrocarbon entrainment can be reduced.Application of swirl tube tray in triethylene glycol absorption tower reconstruction can make gas treatment capacity reach up to 160 % of structured packing and 400% of bubble cap tray.Application of swirl tube tray in building new triethylene glycol absorption tower can reduce dimensions of the tower and capital construction cost.It has been shown by experience that swirl tube tray may be widely used in gas dehydration unit with treatment capacity more than 500×104m3/d.
