油价的大幅波动对经济、政治均有很大影响,但目前国内的成品油定价机制既不能反映成品油的真实供需状况,也不能帮助企业规避石油价格风险。为探讨和完善市场经济条件下中国特色成品油定价机制,在分析国内成品油定价机制现状的基础上,运用规范研究方法,从政策取向、价格调控方式、石油期货市场、石油价格避险体系、综合配套改革等方面,提出了成品油定价机制市场化改革建议,对国民经济的健康、稳定、快速增长有重大意义。

Sharp fluctuation of oil prices has tremendous influence on politics and economics in China.However,the current oil product pricing system has no help for enterprise in oil price risk control and can not reflect the real conditions of supply and demand of domestic oil products.In order to explore and improve the Chinese characteristic oil product pricing system under the conditions of market economy,analyzed are the present situations of domestic oil product pricing system,introduced are policy orientation,price regulation and control methods,oil future market,oil price risk control system and comprehensive coordinated reform and proposed are some suggestions on oil product pricing system reform,which has great significance in ensuring healthy,steady and rapid growth of China's national economy.
