摘要
新型的PCI-e控制总线类型具有高可用性、高扩展性、高数据传输速率、微秒级的反应速度、支持热插拔等多方面的优势,这势必会使这种类型的总线成为下一代控制系统总线的主流。使用Hytec公司的PCI-e6335板卡及DIO8505 IP卡搭建了一个基于PCI-e总线的EPICS控制系统的原型系统,开发了Linux下的设备驱动程序、EPICS设备支持程序、实时数据库和人机操作界面。采用软件与硬件相结合的测试方法,对PCI-e总线性能进行测试,为PCI-e总线在未来控制系统中的应用提供了有力的依据。
As a popular bus type nowadays, PCI - e bus has many advantages such as high availability, high scalability, high data transfer rate, low latency, supporting plug and play mode and so on. This kind of bus type certainly will be the main bus type of the next generation control system. In the paper, a prototype was set up based on PCI - e bus under EPICS control system using Hytec PCI - e6335 carrier and DIO8505 IP card. In the prototype, we developed the Linux device driver, EPICS device support, database and OPI using CSS. The performance of the prototype has been tested. The test result lays a foundation for future real application.
