摘要
叙述了电沉积法制备管状铀电镀膜的原理及过程,分析了影响电镀工艺水平的各种因素。通过电沉积法制备了4种规格型号的铀电镀膜。利用平面铀电镀膜,通过相对定量法,对管状铀电镀膜镀层进行了定量。
The theory and process of electro - deposition method on fabrication of electro - plated uranium layer on stainless steel base with pipe - shape were introduced, the factors which affect the level of electro - plate were analyzed. Four dimensions of pipes were fabricated by electro deposition method. With the reference of plate - shape electro - plated uranium layer, the number of uranium nuclide in the pipe - shape electro - plated uranium layer were determined by relative quantifying method.
