摘要
介绍了一种以低能γ射线反散射为方法原理的石英坩埚厚度仪,仪器以低功耗单片机P89V51RD2为智能仪表核心,使用241Am作为γ射线源,探测器采用NaI(TI)闪烁探测器。精密机械装置带动探测器在石英坩埚表面移动,实现自动测量。该测量仪测量具有精度高、操作简单、轻便且可随身携带等特点,直接贴在坩埚上进行测量,5s内给出测量结果。
It introduces a kind of quartz crucible thickness tester, with ^241Am as the low energy gamma ray source, the material of the scintillator in the detector is a NaI (TI). The Precision machinery device drives the detector in the quartz crucible surface move around. The measuring instrument has the characteristics of high precision, simple operation, light and portable, the results are given for 5 seconds.
