摘要
中国石化拥有自主知识产权的首套600 kt/a S-MTO装置工业运行结果表明:甲醇转化率99.93%,双烯收率81.35%。总结本装置在科研、设计、采购、施工、试车、运营管理等方面的经验,为2×1.8 Mt/a S-MTO装置大型化工艺包的开发和应用奠定了基础。
Industrial running results of the 600 kt/a S - MTO unit, which was the first self -owned intellectual property unit of SINOPEC, showed the conversion rate of methanol was 99.93% and the yield of two olefins was 81.35%. The paper summarized the experiences in re-search, design, purchase, construction, start - up and operation management of the unit, based foundation for the development and application of 2 × 1.8 Mt/a S - MTO large scale process package.
