摘要
采用红外光谱技术对新研制的有机小分子抑制剂DPS进行了表征 ,对其酸碱性、氧化还原性、稳定性等性质 ,以及它对辉钼矿、黄铜矿和方铅矿浮选的抑制性能进行了系统研究。结果表明 ,DPS在溶液和矿浆中具有较好的化学稳定性 ,并有较好的贮存稳定性。在pH3~ 12宽广的范围内 ,DPS不影响辉钼矿的可浮性 ,而对方铅矿浮选有较强的抑制作用 ,对黄铜矿浮选产生强烈抑制作用 ,并强烈抑制预先吸附有捕收剂的黄铜矿。与巯基乙酸钠和硫化钠的性质及性能比较 ,DPS在溶液和矿浆中化学稳定性更好 ,对黄铜矿和方铅矿的抑制能力更强 ,用量更小 。
A new low molecular organic depressant—DPS was characterized by IR spectrum technique. Its property associated with acidity alkalinity, oxidizability reductibility and stability was studied, and the inhibition to molybdenite, galena and chalcopyrite was researched. The results show that DPS possesses high chemical stability in solution or pulp and high stability of storage in atmosphere. As a depressant, DPS has no influence on floatability of molybdenite, but strongly inhibits the flotation of galena and chalcopyrite. In comparison with sodium thioglycollate and sodium sulphide, DPS is better in stability in solution or pulp, stronger in inhibition to flotation of chalcopyrite and galena, lower in dosage, and wider in accommodation of pH value.
