耐高温解无机磷菌的解磷特性及生长动态研究 被引量:7

Phosphorus-solubilizing characteristics and growth of biomass by thermostable inorganic phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms

摘要 选取从添加磷矿粉的高温堆肥样品中筛选、驯化出的4株耐高温解无机磷菌(P1、P2、P3和P4)为研究对象,以溶磷量、介质pH和菌体生长量为主要因素,研究解磷菌解磷能力。结果表明,P3在50℃下液体培养8 d后,发酵液中解磷总量达到最大(47.88μg.mL-1);而P2在50℃下固体培养96 h时,溶磷圈(D.d-1)值最大(2.12)。4株解磷菌溶磷量与介质pH、含菌量之间统计分析表明,解磷细菌溶磷量与pH在接种4 d中呈显著负相关(r=-0.999,P<0.05),解磷真菌的溶磷量与pH密切相关,相关系数分别为R2=0.801(P<0.05)、R2=0.985(P<0.05)、R2=0.968(P<0.05),同时解磷微生物的溶磷量与含菌量之间也有一定相关性。 Four strains of thermostable inorganic phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms were screened and domesticated in previous experiments from the samples of municipal solid waste composting with the pre-mixing rock phosphate, and its quantity and the rate of dissolved phosphorus were analyzed according to the medium pH, cell number and phosphate solubilization during the culturing stage. The results showed that the total amount of solubilizing phosphorus of P3 in the fermentation broth achieved a maximum of 47.88 μg· mL^-1 after 8 d of culturing at 50 ℃; and the solution circle (D/d) of P2 on solid culture achieved a maximum of 2.12 after 96h of culturing at 50 ℃. Meanwhile the relationship between the medium pH, cell number and phosphate solubilization by four strains of phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms were found. Statistical analysis suggested that the dissolved phosphorus of inorganic phosphate-solubilizing bacterium was correlated negatively with pH (r=-0.999, P〈0.05) after 4 d of culturing, there were significant negative correlation between the quantity of dissolved phosphorus and pH by inorganic phosphate-solubilizing fungus, the correlation coefficient were R2=0.801 (P〈0.05), R2=0.985 (P〈0.05), and R^2=0.968 (P〈0.05). The quantity of dissolved phosphorus of thermostable inorganic phosphorus-solubilizing microorganisms has a certain correlation with the cell number.
