摘要
为了研究木材的耐火性能,对14个东北落叶松实木试件进行了燃烧试验。对其中一半的试件采用YS-W0012型阻燃剂涂刷处理,研究阻燃剂对木材耐火性能的影响。试件共分成四组,分别燃烧15min、30 min、45 min及60 min。通过在试件不同深度插入热电偶获得试件燃烧60 min内不同点处的温度—时间曲线。结果表明,在同一燃烧时间试件内部离表面距离越远温度越低。同时对试件的炭化深度和炭化速率进行了研究。试验结果表明,木材的炭化速率是可预测的,对木材表面采用YS-W0012型阻燃剂涂刷处理后,在曝火的早期阶段木材的耐火性能有一定的改善。
To investigate the fire resistant performance of wood, fourteen specimens made of Chinese North- eastern larch were exposed to fire. Half of them were treated with YS-W0012 fire retardant to study the effect of fire retardant on the fire resistant performance of wood. The specimens were divided into four groups and were exposed to fire for 15min, 30min, 45min and 60min, respectively. The temperature-time curves of the specimens were measured by inserting thermocouples into different depth of the specimens. The test results indicate that the inner temperature of timber decreased with the increase of depth. Also charring depth and charring rate of the specimens were investigated. The test results show that the charring rate of wood is predict- able and the fire retardant can take a bit positive effect on the wood's fire resistant performance at an early stage of fire exposure.
