摘要
为了实现节水灌溉和促进水稻的生长发育,提出了一种基于PLC和组态软件的稻田灌溉自动控制系统。该控制系统硬件部分由后台监控系统、PLC、无线数传电台和各类传感器构成,用来完成灌溉水水温、田间水位、土壤湿度等数据信息的采集,并实现对循环水泵、灌溉电磁阀等执行设备的控制。实践结果表明:该系统可方便、有效地用于改善水稻生长环境,使稻田环境更适合水稻作物的生长,从而达到提高水稻产量和节约水资源的目的。
In order to achieve water-saving irrigation and promoting rice growth, this paper presents an automatic control system for irrigation of rice based on PLC and configuration software. Hardware of the control system constituted by the background monitoring system, PLC, wireless oadio and various types of sensors, are used for the rice field data collection of water temperature, water level, soil moisture, in arder to realize the control of circulating water pumps, electromagnetic valve actuating device. The practice proved that the system could be conveniently and effectively used for the improvement of rice growth environment, which makes the field environment more suitable for rice crop growth, and achieves the purpose of improving the yield of rice and saving water.
