摘要
为了解决太阳能利用率低和水泵系统效率低等问题,设计了一种基于AVR单片机的直流无刷电机水泵控制系统,主要由光电跟踪模块、无刷直流电机控制器、电路保护模块等组成。系统采用能量跟踪控制,多点检测保护电机,实现在不同扬程下,流量与能量之间自动平衡。结果表明:该系统改善了太阳能利用率和水泵系统效率,且运行稳定,具有一定的使用价值。
Through analyzing present situation the utilization of solar energy and efficiency of pumping systems both are low. This paper designed a brushless DC motor pumps control system based on the AVR microcontroller. This control system is mainly composed of photoelectric tracking module, brushless DC motor controller, circuit protection module. It adopted the energy tracking and controlling, protection the motor by multi-point detection. Then automatic balance between the flow and energy was carried out in different heads. After experimental verification, the system had greatly improved the utilization of solar energy and efficiency of pumping systems. So the system had a certain value in use.
