摘要
采用盆栽试验的方法,研究了在同一镉污染下,磷锌配施对紫花苜蓿生长及对磷镉吸收的影响。结果表明:磷、锌单施以及配施均可显著提高苜蓿鲜草产量,且产量随施磷量的增加而增加,总产量以P3Zn1处理最高。苜蓿体内磷含量随施磷量的增加而增加,低磷时配施锌能提高苜蓿中磷含量,而高磷时配施锌却降低苜蓿中磷含量。施磷可以抑制苜蓿对镉的吸收,且抑制作用随施磷量的增加而增大,在P0、P1时配施锌能降低苜蓿对镉的吸收,而P2、P3时配施锌却促进了苜蓿对镉的吸收。
The effect of P and Zn combined applied on the growth of alfalfa and the absorption of P and Cd under the same Cd pollution were studied by pot trial. The results showed that P,Zn and the combination of them could increase significantly the fresh grass yield and the yield was increased with P increased,in which P3Zn1 treatment reached the maximum. The P content of alfalfa increased with the P application amount increased. Zn applied significantly increased the P contents of alfalfa under low P concentration and decreased the P contents of alfalfa under high P concentration . P applied could restrained the absorption of Cd ,and it increased with the P application amount increased, combined Zn could restrained the absorption of Cd under low P concentration and promoted the absorption of Cd under high P concentration.
