摘要
建立财务风险预警体系,这将是企业财务管理发展的新趋势,因此,财务风险预警是现代企业进行战略管理的重要方式之一。文章就如何分析研究企业财务风险、找到帮助企业做出财务风险预警判断的具体方法进行探讨和研究,从而正确理解建立财务风险预警体系的意义和财务风险产生的原因,构建企业财务风险预警体系,帮助企业采取应对策略,避免产生较大的危机和损失。
Financial risk pre - warning is a trend of financial management for modem enterprises. The article includes the reasons of finan- cial risk and the significance of establishing a financial risk pre - warning system. Then on the basis of the preceding analysis, the author designs a set of indexes for it.
