文化产业对区域经济发展影响的实证研究——以浙江省为例

Empirical study on influence of culture industry upon regional economy development——A case study of Zhejiang province

文化产业在区域经济发展中具有重要作用已成共识。为定量研究文化产业对区域经济发展的影响程度,以浙江省为例,根据2004—2011年的统计数据,通过计算文化产业对经济增长的贡献度、拉动度及文化产业增长弹性系数,实证分析了文化产业对区域经济发展的影响;进一步运用灰关联分析法,探讨了文化产业内部结构与区域经济产业结构的关系。结果表明:近年来,浙江省文化产业对经济增长的贡献度平均达到4.22%,对经济增长的拉动度平均达到0.66%,文化产业增长弹性系数持续大于1,文化产业在经济发展中的地位和作用在不断增强;但文化产业内部结构还不够合理,文化服务业对优化区域经济产业结构作用不够明显,为此,在探究原因的基础上,提出了相应的对策建议。

It has become a consensus that culture industry has an important role in the regional economy development.In order to quantitatively research the impact level of culture industry upon regional economy development,we take Zhejiang province as an example to analyze quantitatively the influence of culture industry upon regional economy development by calculating the contributing and pulling degree of culture industry to economic growth and culture industry growth elasticity coefficient,according to the statistical data of 2004—2011.Furthermore,we use grey correlation analysis method to study the relationship between culture industry internal structure and the regional economy industrial structure.The results indicate that the culture industry average contributing and pulling degree to economic growth of Zhejiang province in recent years reached 4.22% and 0.66% respectively.The culture industry growth elasticity coefficient is continuously greater than 1.The position and role of culture industry in the economy development is getting better.But the internal structure of culture industry is still not reasonable.The role of culture services to optimize the industrial structure of the regional economy is not notable enough.With regards to this,we explore the reasons and propose appropriate policy recommendations.
