单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合高压氧治疗急性脑梗死疗效观察

The curative effect observation on single four hexose ganglioside sialic acid combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的:观察单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合高压氧治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法:选择64例发病72 h内的脑梗死发病患者,在相同的基础上,将64例患者随机分成治疗组(单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合高压氧治疗)和对照组(胞二磷胆碱治疗),2周为一疗程。结果:治疗后治疗组临床有效率及血浆C反应蛋白方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂联合高压氧治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切。

Objective：To observe curative effect observation on single four hexose ganglioside sialic acid combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods ： Sixty-four patients with cerebral infarction onset within 72 h of stroke onset, on the basis of the same treatment,64 patients were randomly divided into treatment group（ single sialic acid four hexose ganglioside combined hyperbaric oxygen therapy） and control group（ cytidine diphosphate choline） ,2 weeks as a course of treatment. Results ： The treatment group after treatment of clinical effectiveness and plasma c-reactive protein were better than that in control group, with statistical significance. Conclusion：Single four hexose ganglioside sialic acid combined with hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of acute cerebral infarction curative effect, and can be popularized in clinical.
