摘要
目的:探讨鼻内镜下微波治疗鼻出血的临床价值。方法:我院2009年2月至2012年2月收治鼻出血150例,采用鼻内镜下微波治疗。结果:一次性治愈140例,3个月内再出血10例,再次采用鼻内镜下微波治疗后无复发。结论:采用鼻内镜下微波治疗鼻出血具有较高的临床价值,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective： To investigate the clinical value of microwave in the treatment of epistaxis under nasal endoscopy.Methods：150 patients with epistaxis were treated with microwave under nasal endoscopy.Results： 140 cases cured,three months again hemorrhage in 10 cases,again by nasal endoscopic microwave therapy without recurrence after.Conclusion： The microwave under nasal endoscopy treatment of epistaxis with a high clinical value,worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
