农村土地整治项目监管绩效评估研究——以四川省为例

随着我国土地整治工作的不断推进与深入,作为项目质量的考核——土地整治监管绩效评估就显得尤为重要,但是由于目前土地整治监管制度尚存在不完善之处,在实践过程中还存在一定问题,为了提高土地整治监管质量,本文以四川省15个土地整治项目为例,从投入—过程—结果三个维度建立了监管绩效考核指标体系,分析了四川省土地整治的现状、问题以及提出了相应的改进措施。

Asprojectqualityassessment advancing, the landregulationsupervisionperformance evaluation is particularly important. But the supervision system is still in the exploratory stage, and also exists someproblemsin theprocess ofpractice. The authorwas takingSichuanProvincelSpi- lot project of land consolidation projects as anexample, combiningwith actual situation, evaluating the land consolidationproject fromthe project inputs, project implementation, project results, to provide methods for the performance evaluation of land consolidation project. The paper analyzes current situationandproblems of land reclamation, andputs forward some suggestions to improve land reclamationplanning.
