返乡农民工创业政策研究

On the Entreprenenrship Policy of Returned Peasant Workers

我国正处于城镇化发展的关键时期,政府通过创业政策影响农民工返乡创业成为了城镇产业结构升级的关键。本文通过对创业政策影响返乡农民工创业的理论内涵,以及影响返乡农民工产生创业行为的三大因素,即创业动机、创业机会、创业技能的探讨,结合创业政策的作用机理,提出了围绕以上三大因素如何构建返乡农民工创业政策支持体系的建议。

China is in a critical period of urbanization, entrepreneurial behaviors in returned peasant workers can be maximum encouraged by the government relevant policies. Furthermore, these behaviors are capable ofpromoting thehealth development ofChina＇s industries inurbancities. This paper first to findanormativedefinitionofnreturnedpeasantworkers＇;Then, accordingtothetheory of entrepreneurship policy, we discuss the entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurial opportunities and entrepreneurial skills how to affect returned peasant workers to start their entrepreneurship. In the end, a constructive suggestion regarding policy Support on entrepreneurship ofreturnedpeasant workers is presented.
