摘要
目的降低天然维生素E中植物甾醇的含量。方法将大豆油脱臭馏出物经过酯化和醇解处理后将其所含的脂肪酸和脂肪酸酯转变为脂肪酸甲酯,利用植物甾醇在脂肪酸甲酯溶解度低的特点使其结晶,并通过气相色谱法检测不同结晶条件下去除植物甾醇的情况。结果经过酯化和醇解后,在10~20℃下自然冷却析晶10h可有效降低植物甾醇的残留。结论该方法能显著降低植物甾醇的残留量,改善天然VE的品质。
Objective To reduce the content of phytosterols in natural vitamin E. Methods The soybean oil deodorizaton distillate was treated by the esterification and alcoholysis and then the filtrate were studied using different crystallization methods to remove phytosterols due to its low solubility in fatty acid methyl ester. The phytosterols residues were determined by gas chromatography. Results Most of the phytosterols could be removed after the filtrate was crystallized in 10 20 ℃ about 10 h. Conclusion This method can significantly lower the residual of phytosterols and improve the quality of natural vitamin E.
