本文介绍了一种新型纯张力矫直机,该矫直机采用可变凸度矫直辊新技术,可根据不同板形缺陷自动调整辊形,改变张力沿板宽的分布。具有板形控制精确、结构紧凑、使用寿命长、保养维护方便等优点。通过理论研究和实验研究证实了此项技术的可行性。

A new type of pure tension leveler has been introduced in the text. The pure tension leveler has a flexible roll, which can change roll shape automatically according to defects of strip, thus in this way the stress in the strip can be better distributed. The pure tension leveler also has lots of advantages： accurate control, compact structure, long life and easy maintenance and so on. Finally, the feasibility of the technology has been proved by theory and experiment research.
