摘要
采用VB可视化编程软件设计了液压技术参数计算器,生成exe格式可执行文件的小软件,将液压机售前技术参数设计的关键参数——速度、公称力、回程力等数据的计算集成其中。同时提供了液压机设计中常用的数据计算和冷却器选型计算,大大提高了工作效率,降低了工作强度。该计算器参数调整方便,容易使用,消除了数据计算中单位转换的麻烦,得到公司工程技术人员的一致好评。
The hydraulic technology parameters calculator has been designed by use of VB visual programming software. The .exe format executable small software has been generated, which integrates the calculation of key parameters for hydraulic press including velocity, nominal force, and return force. The data calculation and cooler model selection calculation during design of hydraulic press have been gained by calculator. The working efficiency has been greatly improved and the working force has been reduced. The calculator is practical and lhe parameters have been adjusted conveniently which eliminates the trouble of changing units in data calculation
