摘要
对矫平机两种不同结构的上梁进行有限元分析,将上梁的等效应力和Y向及整体位移数值做出图表进行分析比对。通过云图显示和图表分析,清晰发现两上梁的不同之处,分析两上梁在结构形式、强度、刚度等方面的优缺点,指出在结构优化、降低成本、方便生产等方面的设计改进,为今后新型矫平机上梁设计开发提供理论支持。
The finite element analysis for two different top beam structures has been conducted to the leveler. The charts for the equivalent stress and the Y-Axis & the overall displacement of the top beam have been analyzed and compared. The differences between the two top beams have been found through cloud picture display and graph analysis. The advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of top beams in the structure mode, the strength and the rigidity aspects have been analyzed, as well as the design improvement in structure optimization, low cost and convenient production. It provides theoretical support in the design of top beam of new type of leveler in the future.
