摘要 介绍了支撑板零件成形工艺,通过几种方案比较,最终确定为落料冲孔,弯曲。落料冲孔采用倒装复合模,凸凹模安装在模具下模座上,倒装复合模废料无须二次清理,操作方便安全,生产效率较高。弯曲模设计采用L型弯曲将材料弯曲成90°,利用数值模拟软件,对弯曲过程中应力应变进行分析,从而指导模具结构设计。模具高效、可靠,为同类产品设计提供借鉴。 The forming technology of the supporting plate has been introduced in the text. The blanking punching and bending project has been determined finally after comparison of several projects. The upside down composite tool has been adopted. Punch-die tool has been installed on the lower tool holder. The upside down composite tool which avoids second cleaning is in high productivity which is easy and safe for operation. The bending tool takes use of L type to bend the material into 900. The numerical simulation software has been used to analyze the stress and strain during bending process. The tool is efficient and reliable, which provides reference for the design of same products.
