摘要
侧围外板是车身覆盖件中冲压工艺最复杂的零件之一,其表面质量要求高,形状复杂,成形困难,工艺制定具有一定难度。AutoForm是专门针对汽车工业和金属成形工业中的板料成形而开发的,用于优化工艺方案和进行复杂型面的模具设计。利用AutoForm对侧围外板成形工艺缺陷进行分析研究,最后得出最佳成形工艺方案,确定工艺过程。
Side-outer panel is one of the automobile part with most complex punching process, which require high-quality surface, complex profile, and difficult forming process.AutoForm is specially explored and optimized for sheet metal forming process of automobile and metal fabrication industry, which is used for process optimization and complex tool design. AutoForm has been adopted to analyze and study the forming process faults for side-outer panel. Finally the optimized forming process project has been obtained and the technical process has been determined.
