摘要
抗战胜利后,复员运输基本依靠水运,此时位于陪都重庆的机关、学校、社团及厂矿等,都归心似箭急欲还都南京。然抗战时期长江沿岸各埠码头和基础设施损毁严重,且船舶十分缺乏。出于加强长江沿岸码头吞吐量和复员运输力量的目的,国民政府采取种种措施发展长江内河航运,使得长江航运在公用码头的建设、航政政策的完善以及轮船运价管理等方面都有所发展,在一定程度上支持了复员运输和长江航运业的恢复。
After the victory of the Anti - Japanese War, the demobilization transport mainly was based on water- borne. At that time, all the institutions, schools, communities, factories and mines and so on, which were loca- ted in the capital of Cbongqing, have an anxious still to return to NanjinD However, during the Anti - Japanese War, the ports and infrastructures along the Yangtze River were severely damaged, at the same time; there were little ships to be offered for the shipping of the Yangtze River. For the purpose of strengthening the Yangtze River~ Wharf throughput and demobilization transport power, the national government adopt a variety of measures to devel- op the Yangtze Rivers inland river shipping. Througth these effective measures, the shipping of the Yangtze River were improved in the aspects of the construction of the public pier~ the improvement of the ship policy and the management of the ship expenses. To a certain extent, these have supported the restoration of the demobilization transport and the shipping of the Yangtze River.
