The endless religious conflicts led German u- niversities into exhaustion, the inordinate interference of universities, All of these caused German universities to temporal power imposed restrictions on the development of struggling during their transition period. Although recent studies have counted the negative impressions of the recession of university, it leave no doubt that German universities descented into crisis in that period.
