我国农村基础设施建设的消费效应研究

The Consumption Effect of China's Rural Infrastructure Construction

文章利用我国2002—2008年200多个地级单位的面板数据,通过构建静态模型和动态模型,实证研究了我国农村基础设施建设对扩大农村消费需求的影响。研究发现:农村基础设施建设将有助于推动农村消费需求的增长,缩小城乡消费差距;通过加强农村基础设施建设、缩小城乡收入差距和金融服务差距,推动农村非农产业发展,对农村消费需求的持续、稳定增长具有重要的现实意义。

This paper studies the influence of China＇s rural infrastructure construction on rural consumption growth and the gap between urban and rural residents consumption.The authors build the static and dynamic models using China＇s municipal-scale units level data from 2002 to 2008 to study the rural infrastructure construction effect on the stimulation of the rural domestic demand.The conclusion includes as follows： the rural infrastructure construction stimulates the rural consumption demand growth,narrows the gap between the urban and rural consumption.At the same time,in the help of rural infrastructure construction,narrowing the income and financial service gap between urban and rural areas,promoting the non-agricultural industries development have significantly promoted the sustainably stable growth of rural consumption.
