教育学公共课课堂教学存在的问题及对策研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了提高师范类公共课的教育教学质量,提升师范毕业生的教学实践能力,该文对S大学正在学习教育学公共课的477名师范生进行问卷调查。研究发现:学生对教育学公共课认识不足,缺乏学习兴趣;课堂气氛沉闷,缺少师生互动;隐性逃课率高,课堂管理松散且纪律较差;教材使用率低;学生缺乏教学实践机会。因此,未来教育学公共课的发展需要注重"师范"意识的培养,加强课堂管理;优化教学方法;鼓励编写校本教材。 In order to improve the teaching quality of pedagogy general course and the teaching practice abilities of normal graduates,the paper studied 477 students who are learning pedagogy general course in S university by questionnaire,and found that the students have inadequate understanding in pedagogy general course and no interests in learning;The classroom atmosphere is depressing and lacks of interaction between teachers and students;The rate of skipping classes is high,the classroom management is loosing and the discipline is poor;The utilization rate of materials is low;Students are lack of teaching practice opportunities.The future development of the pedagogy general course needs to pay more attention to train "normal" consciousness and the teacher should strengthen the classroom management;Optimize teaching methods and encourage writing school-based teaching material.
