干旱期间春小麦叶片多胺含量与作物抗旱性的关系 被引量:44

摘要 使用两种抑制剂MGBG(抑制SAMDC活性 )和AOA(抑制ACC合成酶活性 )研究了干旱期间两个春小麦品种 8139(抗旱性较弱 )和 5 0 4(抗旱性较强 )叶片多胺 (Put、Spd和Spm)含量、RWC水平、SOD和POD活性以及MDA含量的变化 。 The results of applications of MGBG (an inhibitor of SAMDC) and AOA (an inhibitor of ACC synthase) to wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) cv.8139 and cv.504 with relatively low and strong resistance drought respectively, showed that the two inhibitors did not affect the trends of the changes in polyamine content of drought stressed leaves of two wheat cultivars which increased in the earlier period of drought and decreased in the later (Fig. 2), and also did not affect the changes in [HJ6”:2]SOD and POD activities and levels of MDA and RWC in stressed leaves(Figs. 1,3,4). But application of MGBG reduced the leaf Spd and Spm contents,RWC and activities of SOD and POD, increased the levels of MDA. However, the effects of applications of AOA ware the converse (Figs. 1~4). The drought resistant strain 504 had higher RWC than drought sensitive strain 8139, and its Spd and Spm contents and activities of SOD and POD had stronger responses to drought than those of 8139; moreover, it had lower level of MDA(Figs. 1~4). Thus, it can be concluded that Spd and Spm are more important than that of Put in plant response to drought stress, and that Spd and Spm probably play key roles in promoting the plant drought resistance.
