摘要
管理学因其课程特性和教学目标要求,一直是大学课程教改最为活跃的课程之一。以大学生心理变化周期不同阶段的特点和需求为思路,对管理学中的管理职能、管理创新知识进行选择、整合构建的管理学教学模块,更符合学生身心发展规律,是从以生为本角度对管理学教学改革的进一步深化和大胆创新。
Characteristics and teaching objectives of management courses has always been one of the most active factor in the education reform of the university curriculum. Integrated management teaching modules based on the selection of management functions, management of innovation and knowledge, from the characteristics and needs of the different stages of the students' psychological change cycle, may better meet the students' physical and mental development, and further deepen the teaching reform of the management and innovation.
