军校研究生装备技术保障能力培养的思考

随着我军武器装备现代化的陆续推进,大量的结构复杂、技术先进的武器装备陆续列装部队,呈现信息化、智能化、一体化发展趋势,装备的技术保障难度越来越大。在军校研究生培养过程中,紧贴部队装备发展是提高研究生培养质量的重要环节之一。文章在分析当前军校研究生培养现状的基础上,提出了贴近装备技术保障,提高研究生应用能力的对策。
