摘要
专业指导教师在高职院校人才培养中发挥着至关重要的作用。在分析目前高职院校学生的基本特性的基础上,探索专业指导教师的工作方法、专业指导教师所应具备的基本素养,并指出专业指导教师在实际工作可能存在的一些误区。
Professional teacher in higher vocational colleges plays a crucial role in talents cultivation. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of higher vocational college students, the paper explores the methods of profes- sional teacher, professional teacher should possess the basic qualities, and points out some misunderstanding in practicing for the professional teachers.
