基于职业生涯规划的省属本科高校就业指导模式研究

Based on Career Planning of the Provincial Model of Undergraduate Career Guidance

在分析传统就业指导存在问题的基础上,结合国内外在职业生涯规划方面的研究成就,构建一种基于职业生涯规划的省属本科高校就业指导模式。该体系由四个方面组成,自我教育是基础、家庭教育和高校教育是支柱、社会教育是发展;包括五大内容,即构建生涯课程体系、注重师资队伍培养、建设职业咨询测评、建立生涯规划档案和充分挖掘各类资源。浙江某省属本科高校实践证明,职业生涯规划开展对学生的就业指导比较有效。

This paper analyzes the problems of traditional employment on the basis of guidance, career planning at home and abroad in the research achievements, build career planning based on provincial undergraduate Career Guidance mode. The system consists of four components, self-education is the foundation, the family is a pillar of education and higher education, social education is to develop; includes five content, that build career curriculum, focusing on training teachers, building career counseling assessment, career planning files created and fully exploit the various resources. Zhejiang provincial undergraduate institutions proved a career planning career guidance for students to carry out more effective.
