High School K.A.P Analysis of Middle-aged Teachers in Health Promotion

采用回顾性调查,自制调查问卷,对河北省高中1 5 0 0名中年教师运动与健康的知识、态度、行为进行统计分析,探讨高中教师运动与健康的知识、态度、行为特点,为相关的干预研究提供科学依据。调查研究显示,高中中年教师运动与健康知识水平高,态度、行为较差,应采取有效干预,增加其运动行为,降低健康危险行为。

By retrospective investigation, the self-made questionnaire, 1500 middle-aged teachers of hebei province high school sports and health knowledge, attitude and behavior through statistical analysis, high school teachers and health knowledge, attitude and behavior characteristic, provided the scientific basis for related intervention study. Middle-aged teachers survey research shows that high school sports and health knowledge level is high, attitude, behavior is bad, should take effective intervention to increase their exercise behavior, to reduce health risk behaviors.
