对当前高等教育管理活动伦理行为的探讨

A Research on Ethics in Current Higher Education Management

高等教育管理作为高等教育领域的协调性活动,各个环节直指人的最终发展,具有伦理学中"善"的价值规定,因此高等教育管理异常需要伦理的观照。但是在社会转型期,高等教育管理领域频频发生伦理缺失现象。高等教育管理道德失范应从伦理视角进行原因分析,并探究伦理应对策略。高等教育管理伦理构建应注重伦理意识、伦理制度和伦理践行的整合,坚持慎独、加强道德人格塑造、提高伦理认同和学习效度,在坚持伦理原则中深化教育体制改革,构建高校校园主流价值文化和伦理道德场域。

As coordinative activity in higher education, each link in higher education management aims ulti- mately at the development of human being, which shares the ethical value of ＂benevolence＂. And this mor- al value is particularly needed in higher education management as its guideline. However, during the peri- od of social transformation, the phenomenon of ethics deficiency frequently occurs in higher education man- agement. The reason of this can be viewed from the ethical perspective and relevant strategies should be probed. The ethical construction of higher education management consists of the following aspects： strengthening the integrity of ethical consciousness, ethical system and practice, maintaining self-disci- pline, strengthening the molding of personal moral values, boosting ethical identification, improving learn- ing efficiency, deepening the reform of the educational system by adhering to the ethical principles, and constructing mainstream campus culture with ideal moral and ethical values.
