新时期高校思想政治理论课教学改革的目标是使思想政治理论课真正成为大学生真心喜爱、终身受益的课程。实现这一目标的基础性工作是加强思想政治理论课教师队伍建设。提高思想政治理论课教师教学能力是思想政治理论课教师队伍建设重要内容之一,只有具备扎实的教学能力,思想政治理论课的教学效果才能得到根本保证。

To be a favorite course with lifelong benefit is the goal of reform of the course of College Ideolog- ical and Political Theory of the new period. To achieve this objective, the improvement of the quality of teaching faculties is a fundamental element, in which the improvement of the teaching abilities in the Course of College Ideological and Political Theory plays an important part, and thus ideal teaching effect will be accordingly guaranteed.
