摘要 全球化背景下,英语作为全球使用最为广泛的语言,对非英语国家的文化和语言形成一定冲击。为了防止中国大学生过分认同英美文化,大学英语教学应该转变教学观念,使教材本土化,将高频中国文化表述词汇纳入大纲词汇表,提高教师用英语表述中国文化的能力,利用文化负载词和中西文化比较进行文化教学及在英语考试中增加中国文化内容。 Against globalization, English, as the most widely used langua^ge, is exerting impact on the lan- guages and cultures of non-English speaking countries and some negative influence on English learners' i- dentification with their native culture. Studies show more and more Chinese college students are excessive- ly identifying with Anglo-American culture. To prevent this, college English teaching should transform its teaching concept by domesticating the teaching material and including the highly occurred expressions of Chinese culture in the glossary, and teachers should improve their ability to express Chinese culture in English. Thus, they can teach culture by using some culture-loaded words and comparing the Chinese- Western cultures and some tests on Chinese culture in English can be added.
