The semiparametric model has divided the factor of impacting observed values into two parts：linear relation and a certain interference factor,using that to describe extension may be more agile and appropriate,using that to approach height abnormity opem may have higher precision,too. The text has used this measure to resolve on basis of GPS level data from a large measured area, and gained satisfying result. Moreever, the model and detailed methods of calculation are given.
